Cash on delivery

Dhaka city and near Dhaka (Savar, Keraniganj, Gazipur, Narayanganj…): nothing to pay first. Outside Dhaka: only the delivery charge first (when you order, or after our call). The rest you pay when the goods arrive. If you pick up, pay at the shop.

1. In the app, choose Payment and enter the number
2. Enter the amount and your PIN
3. Type the TrxID from the message on the order page

No screenshots — please give the TrxID. We check it in the bKash/Nagad app before the order is final.

If "Payment" does not go through to the number in the app, use "Send Money" (about ৳5 fee for you).

Large orders

Above ৳10,000, or for machine-mixed colours, we may ask for some money in advance on the phone — at most 10% of the total when the goods cannot be sent within 48 hours. We never take money for goods that are out of stock — when an item says "we check stock", we take money only after our call.

Refunds

If an order is cancelled or we cannot supply it, we refund within 10 days — to the number you paid from, by the same channel.
