What we collect

Name, mobile, address, any note and shade code you write; for bKash/Nagad also the TrxID and the number you paid from. If the shop already has an account for your mobile number, the order is added to it.

Every order has a secret code (to see its status). The shop's records keep it too, so that if you lose it we can tell you when you call from your mobile number.

Why

Only to deliver your goods and to call you about the order. No marketing messages; we never sell your data.

Who sees it

The shop's staff (owner, manager and counter staff) in the shop's accounts software (ERP). For courier delivery the courier company gets your name, mobile and address.

Where it is kept

In a Supabase cloud database, on servers outside Bangladesh. The website runs on Cloudflare.

How long

Order records must be kept for 6 years by law. A hidden fingerprint of your internet address (IP) is kept against fake orders and deleted after 30 days.

Cookies and what stays on this phone

We keep no cookies. Your cart, your last address and your order numbers are remembered in this phone's browser so you need not type them again. On someone else's phone, tap "Remove from this phone" after ordering (on the page after you order and on the order status page).

Cloudflare Web Analytics may count visits — without cookies and without identifying you.

The order page checks that you are a person with Cloudflare Turnstile — Cloudflare sees some information about your browser for that; we keep none of it.
