Prices

Website prices are the shop's own selling prices, straight from the shop's accounts software. Prices are checked again when you order; if one changed, you see the new total before the order is taken.

Confirmation

We confirm every order by phone. An order is not final until we have spoken. If we cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled.

Stock

• "In stock" — the shop has it.
• "Out of stock" — not now; it cannot be ordered.
• "We check stock and call you" — we check and call. We take no money for goods we do not have.

Paint colours

Colours can look slightly different on a phone screen. Coverage figures are estimates.

Cancelling

You can cancel an order by phone before it is sent: 01723-703437. Any money already paid comes back within 10 days by the same channel, to the number you paid from.

Complaints

Call us first: 01723-703437 — We reply within 72 hours and tell you what we will do. You can also complain to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 (hotline 16121).
